Embitrus' main fetter is Stage 1, The Spicy Daybreak, which is then succeeded by The Sour Evening and then, depending on how they progress, is succeeded by either The Sweet Dream or The Bitter Nightmare. Their shared name is Dahlia.

Embitrus' name comes from the words "ember" and "citrus". The name was suggested by RPer zazozaliad, only with the 'r' in a different spot from what they had originally suggested.
Not only does Embitrus shares a voice with Lemongrab like all the other lemon candy creatures in Adventure Time do, but they also share a voice with Blendin Blandin, an unrelated DM parent.
